Con el correr de las horas, se van aclarando muchas cosas acerca de la fuga de presos en plena autopista Santa Fe – Rosario, producida este miércoles al mediodía. La más importante: el fiscal Marcelo Maximino no está convencido de que haya sido una emboscada y apunta su investigación hacia los agentes penitenciarios que iban en el colectivo junto a los detenidos.
Fiscalía informó que se abrirá una causa contra los diez agentes del servicio penitenciario por “facilitamiento de evasión” y que se peritarán sus celulares, que ya fueron secuestrados junto a sus armas reglamentarias.

En el minibús los agentes penitenciarios escoltaban a 13 presos, de los cuales nueve lograron huir, motivo por el cual se montó un intenso operativo con más de cien efectivos en la zona.
Además, desde la Justicia indicaron que sólo hubo dos recapturados, a pesar de lo que se decía.

Por la tarde, además, en Rosario fue encontrado el Fiat 147 utilizado para escapar del lugar junto a una Volkswagen Suran.
