Belgrano de Córdoba goleó esta tarde a Deportivo Riestra por 3 a 0, en el estadio de Arsenal de Sarandí, y logró el pase a los 16avos de final de Copa Argentina de fútbol.
Uno por descender, Belgrano de Córdoba, y otro por ascender, Deportivo Riestra, ofrecieron un anticipo de sus próximos enfrentamientos en el venidero campeonato de la B Nacional, siendo este partido por la Copa Argentina el primero que jugaron en forma oficial en su historial.

Con la ventaja, Belgrano expuso su mayor oficio generando varias situaciones como para ampliarla en el primer tiempo. Mientras que “El Malevo” cuando la pudo guapear le generó algunos riesgos al siempre atento César Rigamonti.
En los albores del segundo período, el “Pirata” rubricó su superioridad con un desborde de Cristian Techera cuyo centro lo conectó Brunetta, de zurda, ante la salida de Morel, al que dejó sin chance para evitar el segundo gol cordobés.
Riestra, que se quedó con un jugador menos (12m, ST) por la expulsión de Alejandro Gutiérrez por agredir a Leonardo Sequeira, contó con una posibilidad de descontar con un envío de Gonzalo Bravo que se estrelló en un poste (24m, ST).
En tanto, Belgrano no se apiadó de su rival y Sequeira decoró el triunfo con el tercer tanto ‘celeste. El vencedor, además de llevarse el premio de 670.000 pesos, obtuvo el derecho de enfrentar en los 16avos de final de la Copa Argentina a Real Pilar (de primera D), que en los 32avos eliminó a Vélez Sarsfield.
