Estos son los nueve presos prófugos que continúan siendo buscados en inmediaciones de Granadero Baigorria.
Todo comenzó este mediodía, cuando un colectivo del servicio penitenciario que trasladaba presos a la cárcel de Coronda fue interceptado por cuatro hombres armados. Nueve de los 14 delincuentes que iban en el móvil se escaparon.
Si bien las autoridades lograron recapturar a tres de ellos, todavía hay seis prófugos. Todos son considerados peligrosos, ya que cumplen condenas de homicidio, robos agravados, amenazas y lesiones.
Entre los prófugos, figura Hugo Alberto Peralta, un ciudadano chaqueño de 37 años, que está preso desde octubre de 2018 por amenazas calificadas y robo calificado por uso de arma. Su condena es de 20 años de cárcel.
También se fugó Alberto Augusto Quiroz, un rosarino de 42 años, que empezó a cumplir su pena en 2013 y recién iba a recuperar su libertad en 2028. La Justicia lo declaró culpable de homicidio. El asesinato se dio durante un robo.
Otro de los reclusos que aprovechó la emboscada para huir fue Leandro Ubaldo Cabalie, un rosarino de 32 años condenado por homicidio simple. Su pena es de 25 años de prisión. Desde 2017 la estaba cumpliendo.
En la misma lista también apareció Diego Alberto Sosa, un bonaerense de 25 años que ingresó a la cárcel en julio de 2012 y en diciembre de este año lo iban a liberar. Lo habían condenado por robo calificado.
El quinto prófugo es Alejando Andrés Candia, quien se encontraba apresado por los delitos de robo calificado por el uso de arma impropia, robo y evasión. Tiene 23 años, e ingresó a la cárcel en septiembre de 2013, tiene que cumplir una pena de 10 años y cuatro meses. Además, es reincidente.
El sexo en la lista de delincuentes fugados es Nahuel Arce, un rosarino condenado a ocho años de prisión por homicidio simple, y Mariano Cardozo, preso desde 2010 por robo seguido de muerte, agravado por haber usado un arma de fuego.
El séptimo es Alfredo Patricio Rojas, quien cumplía condena por amenazas coativas, homicidio agravado por el uso de arma de fuego, y lesiones graves por el uso de arma de fuego (dos hechos) en concurso real. El chaqueño de 34 años, condenado a 25 años de prisión, había llegado a la cárcel en octubre de 2010 y recién iba a quedar en libertad en 2034.
El último es uno de los perfiles más peligrosos. Carlos Dangelo, un rosarino de 33 años que está preso desde diciembre de 2012. Según su expediente judicial, lo condenaron por un homicidio criminis causa. Es decir, mató a una persona cuando fue a cometer a otro delito.
