El libro Sinceramente de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner guarda muchas revelaciones sobre la ex presidenta. Incluso, una que ocurrió en Santa Fe, durante la Asamblea Constituyente de 1994, cuando los ojos del país estuvieron en esta ciudad.
Cristina estaba junto a Néstor en Santa Fe porque ambos eran Convencional Constituyente de la Nación por Santa Cruz. Y de esa estadía, recuerda una situación particular: “A Néstor no le gustaban los discursos kilométricos, que a mí me encantaban y divertían. Y entonces yo le prometía: ‘Hablo poco’”. Y agregó: “A Néstor le pasaba con sus discursos lo mismo que le pasaba a Fidel, que en general no le gustaban demasiado los discursos externos”.
“Tampoco toleraba las largas sesiones parlamentarias, se fastidiaba mucho”, escribió Cristina. Y luego indicó: “Durante la Asamblea Constituyente, en 1994, me decía: ‘Pero si estamos todos de acuerdo, ¿por qué no votamos y nos vamos?’. Él no podía entender que si estaban todos de acuerdo cada uno quisiera dar su discurso. Claro, él sólo concebía la discusión parlamentaria cuando había diferencias, cuando uno decía blanco y otro que decía negro. Bueno, ahí sí discutamos y votemos. Kirchner era un tipo de acción y Chávez siempre tuvo gran empatía con nosotros dos”, reveló la ex presidenta.
Y luego completó sobre la relación del matrimonio K con el venezolano: “Se portó como un gran amigo cuando Néstor partió. Me acompañó con sus hijas y sus nietos al sur. Cuando lo vi las últimas veces le pedí que cuidara su salud. Estaba siempre con algún resfrío. Se ve que le habían bajado las defensas. Sí, fue un buen amigo”.
