La detección se produjo en la tarde del martes, por parte del personal policial de la Tropa de Operaciones Especiales de la Policía de Santa Fe.
Se trata de uno de los autores de los disparos en el bar “Morpheus” el pasado 16 de marzo. El local se encuentra ubicado en la esquina de Bv. Pellegrini y 4 de Enero, y Sebastián Méndez resultó gravemente herido.
Luego de una serie de allanamientos en los que se secuestraron varios materiales de interés para la causa y, a partir de las tareas de inteligencia de la TOE, los agentes policiales delimitaron una zona donde frecuentaban los prófugos, con el fin de coartar su libertad. Así, D.A.C. de 31 años fue detenido, luego de presentarse en la base de las T.O.E.
Aún continúa la investigación para dar con el segundo imputado.
Interviene en la causa el Dr. Gonzalo Iglesias, quien dispuso la detención e incomunicación de D.A.C por el delito de Homicidio Calificado por el empleo de arma de fuego en grado de tentativa y robo.
