La madre de una adolescente denunció al hijo del nochero Mario Teruel, Lautaro Teruel por diversos hechos de abuso sexual en perjuicio de su hija cuando ésta tenía 10 años y en más de una oportunidad, informó hoy el Ministerio Público Fiscal.
Según lo denunciado, el hijo del cantante de LOS NOCHEROS habría aprovechado que la niña frecuentaba su casa para vulnerar su integridad. Permanece detenido con prisión preventiva.
El fiscal penal 1 de la Unidad de Delitos contra la Integridad Sexual, Sergio Federico Obeid, lleva adelante una investigación a partir de la denuncia de la madre de una adolescente por hechos de abuso sexual en su perjuicio y que habrían ocurrido cuando la menor tenía 10 años.
Según refiere, los actos habrían sido cometidos por un hombre que al momento de los hechos era mayor de edad y aprovechó que la niña frecuentaba su casa para jugar con un familiar del denunciado.
El Fiscal solicitó el cumplimiento de diversas medidas probatorias e imputó a Marcos Lautaro Teruel por los delitos de exhibiciones obscenas agravadas (dos hechos) y abuso sexual con acceso carnal (dos hechos) en concurso real.
A solicitud de Obeid, el joven permanece detenido con prisión preventiva mientras se completan diligencias solicitadas en el marco de la causa.
