Horacio Rosatti realizó una fuerte crítica al fiscal federal Carlos Stonelli, luego de que el hombre que es investigado por el juez Alejo Ramos Padilla, en medio de una red de espionaje ilegal, faltara a las tres indagatorias a las que fue citado.
El ex intendente santafesino, ministro de la Corte Suprema indicó que “presentarse es una obligación. En este cargo uno tiene que dar el ejemplo. Son las reglas. Si uno no respeta las reglas no puede pedir que el resto lo haga”, en el programa En el Barro de Edi Zunino.
“Si no hay ejemplaridad moral es muy difícil generar seguimiento de conductas. Uno acá tiene que dar el ejemplo, en la vida privada, que muchos dirán qué tiene que ver la vida privada y en la vida pública”, sostuvo Rosatti sin nombrarlo, pero en clara referencia al fiscal Stornelli, que trabaja en la causa de los cuadernos de las coimas, una de las investigaciones por corrupción más importantes de la historia argentina.
La investigación que instruye Ramos Padilla en Dolores comenzó después de que el empresario Pedro Etchebest denunciara que fue extorsionado por el falso abogado Marcelo D’Alessio, quien dijo tener buenos vínculos con Stornelli y le pidió plata a nombre del fiscal para que sea excluido de la causa de los cuadernos. Etchebest no estaba siendo investigado en la causa de los cuadernos. Por eso ahora Ramos Padilla intenta determinar si Stornelli fue o no parte del armado de espionaje y extorsión, pero se niega a “legitimar la investigación”, por eso no va.
La reprimenda de Rosatti puede hacer mucho ruido alrededor de Stornelli.
