Pocas horas antes del inicio del paro de transporte, el Gobierno nacional y los gremios del rubro, firmaron un acuerdo para dejar sin efecto la medida de fuerza que habían anunciado para el sábado 25 de mayo.
Los gremios nucleados en la Confederación Argentina de Trabajadores del Transporte (CATT), habían resuelto no trabajar este 25 de mayo por el impacto que tienen las horas extra y los viáticos en el Impuesto a las Ganancias.
La medida de fuerza que había sido dispuesta por CATT iba a afectar los servicios de colectivos, trenes, subtes y tráfico aéreo. Pero tras el acuerdo, habrá servicio en todo el país.
