Tras el fallo de pena a Prisión Perpetua que el Tribunal de Gualeguaychú le aplicó a Nahir Galarza como única culpable por el crimen de Fernando Pastorizzo, ocurrido el 29 de diciembre de 2017, el Tribunal de Casación Penal de Concordia revisará el fallo.

Los jueces Adolfo Lafourcade, Gustavo Perroud y Silvina Gallo, como primera instancia revisora superior del fallo de primera instancia, analizarán la apelación de la defensa técnica de la joven integrada por los doctores José Ostolaza, Darío Germanier y Pablo Sotelo.

“Caso Nahir. El 11 de junio se realizará la primera instancia revisora (serán 3) del polémico y patriarcal fallo a Prisión Perpetua contra Nahir Galarza. Será el Tribunal de Casación Penal de Concordia integrado por los jueces Gustavo Perroud, Anibal Lafourcade y Silvina Gallo”, explicó el ex vocero de Nahir, Jorge Zonzini, en sus redes sociales.

A su vez, agregó que serán tres las instancias revisoras, y hasta llegar en caso de ser necesario a la Suprema Corte, las que revisarán “el vergonzoso, patriarcal y misógino fallo contra una joven de 19 años con delito primario, que se entregó, confesó y colaboró en todo momento a la cual le dieron 35 años de prisión. Es decir mayor condena que los 30 años recibidos por el genocida Jorge Rafael Videla o los 17 años recibidos por el odontólogo Ricardo Barreda por asesinar a 4 mujeres de su propia familia”, agregó Zonzini.
