Se fue uno de los artistas consagrados de la cumbia santafesina. Juan Carlos “Banana” Mascheroni murió en la madrugada de este sábado tras una falla cardíaca cuando estaba en pleno show, en Avellaneda.

El artista sufrió la deficiencia mientras la banda estaba sonando. Y si bien fue trasladado al hospital Fiorito, los médicos no lograron estabilizarlo. Zelaya Producciones, la productora que trabajaba con “Banana” lo anunció por las redes sociales.

Mascheroni cantaba en Los del Fuego, una de las bandas más reconocidas de Santa Fe que nació en 1984 fundada por Banana, Julio “Momocho” Peralta, Julio “Muerto” Peralta y Sergio “Pato” Torres. El cantante fue líder del grupo que hizo más de 30 discos y éxitos nacionales como “Jurabas tú”.

En la madrugada del sábado, sufrió una falla cardíaca cuando tocaban en Avellaneda y, a pesar del esfuerzo de los médicos, no pudo seguir con vida.
