Jésica Iglesias todavía está en shock. Este jueves, cuando iba hacia una reunión política junto a su padre, delincuentes los frenaron para robarle la moto. Marcelo Iglesias, de 50 años, fue herido de bala mientras que la candidata del partido Unite por la Familia y la Vida se salvó de milagro: “Me gatillaron en el pecho y no salió la bala”, revela.

Sucedió a las 16, en la esquina de Facundo Zuviría y Regimiento 12 de Infantería. “Ibamos circulando en la moto con mi hija. Ella iba manejando. Ibamos a una reunión de vecinos a dos cuadras. Nos paramos ahí dos minutos para esperar a la la candidata a intendenta (Luz Balbastro) para entrar. Se acercaron estos muchachos en una Enduro. El de atrás se bajó empuñando un arma; me dice ‘dame la moto, bájense’. Nos bajamos de la moto; a mi hija le gatillan en el pecho y no salió, me gatilla a mí y no sale. Cuando veo que no tiene balas quiero sacarle la pistola y ahí fue cuando me disparó”, relató el hombre a la radio LT10. A Marcelo, la bala le atravesó las dos piernas y le quedó alojada en el gluteo derecho, por eso debió ser derivado al hospital José María Cullen.

Los asaltantes escaparon con la moto de la víctima. Pero no terminaría ahí. Según reveló Jésica, los delincuentes le pidieron un rescate de 15 mil pesos para que pudiese recuperar la moto. “Sé que piden hasta 50 mil, pero estaban asustados por los disparos, por eso querían sacársela de encima”, contó.
