Se divulgaron en las últimas horas audios de Juan Tejera, defensor de Estudiantes de Río Cuarto, en los que aseguró que el equipo cordobés ascendió a la Primera B Nacional comprando arbitrajes.
“Cuando yo vine acá, me dijo el presidente: ‘Vení que vamos a ascender, ya está todo hablado y este año vamos a ascender nosotros’. Pasando los partidos, empezaron a cobrar a favor de nosotros cosas que nada que ver. Cualquier falta o algo, era todo a favor de nosotros”, expresó el futbolista en uno de los mensajes que difundió el canal televisivo C5N.
En otros de los audios, Tejera, recordó que su equipo “siempre tenía un penal a favor, o los árbitros mismos metían para adentro”.
“Por eso te digo que ya estaba todo arreglado el ascenso y no fue algo luchado. Acá estaban todos arreglados los árbitros, de visitante o de local ganábamos sí o sí. Dicen que le debían un favor al presidente desde el año pasado…”, confió el jugador.

Luego, en una entrevista con TyC Sports, Tejera reconoció haber mandado esos mensajes a un grupo de amigos de Whatsapp, pero aseguró que fueron editados.
“Me quiero morir, me editaron todo los audios que tengo en un grupo de amigos. Imaginate la bronca y la angustia de no poder salir a la calle”, se defendió.
Por su parte, Estudiantes de Río Cuarto emitió un comunicado en el que le endilgó la culpa de la difusión de los mensajes a “una dialéctica política”.
Lo cierto es que el conjunto cordobés fue beneficiado en varios de sus partidos, en algunos de manera escandalosa. Habrá que investigar si se debió a simples errores arbitrales o a situaciones premeditadas.
Éste es el comunicado oficial del club:
La Asociación Atlética Estudiantes desea expresar a sus socios en particular y al mundo futbolero en general, su posición, respecto de las afirmaciones vertidas en un audio difundido en un programa de televisión de un jugador llegado hace 4 meses a la institución:
1- Rechazamos tales afirmaciones por falsas, injuriantes y descalificatorias.
2- Observamos además, que las mismas, son enmarcadas dentro de una dialéctica política, de la cual nuestra Institución no se siente parte.
3- La base del actual plantel y el cuerpo técnico, llevan casi 3 años y medio trabajando juntos en este proyecto de Ascenso. Todo los sacrificios, aportes, esfuerzos y colaboraciones de gran cantidad de profesionales, trabajadores y dirigentes, no pueden ni deben ser puestos en tela de juicio por estas descalificantes declaraciones.
4- En defensa de la honorabilidad de nuestra institución, están a la vista todos y cada uno de los días de trabajo, los testigos de los mismos y de sus logros que son los mismos socio. Pero quizás nuestra mayor alegato, sea el hecho de que nuestro propio Club es quien promueve la filmación completa y la difusión de todos los partidos, en especial aquellos que se juegan de visitante. Muchas veces siendo el único registro fílmico existente, el promovido por la propia institución.
5- Lamentamos entonces, profundamente, que se intente manchar un legítimo logro. Nos ofende y nos enoja. Razón por la cual expresamos nuestro pensamiento en este comunicado. También sabemos que las calumnias siempre regresan a quienes las lanzan.
Estimados socios y simpatizantes, tengan la plena certeza, que ni aún esta triste circunstancia, nos apartará del trabajo cotidiano y de los rectos objetivos que guían nuestra labor en el Club. (IAM NOTICIAS)
