Unión se prepara que elegir a una nueva comisión directiva el próximo 1 de junio. En este tiempo muchas fuera las especulaciones con respecto a las listas y los candidatos para presidentes del Tatengue. Uno de ellos fue Marcelo Martin, aunque el dirigente se encargó de aclarar todo.

El vicepresidente de Luis Spahn brindó una conferencia de prensa y expresó su decisión de no participar de estas elecciones. Martín no volverás a acompañar a Spahn, no se unirá a alguna lista opositora, ni se postulará como presidente. “Una cuarta lista no iba a ser sano para Unión”, comentó.

De esta manera quedaron determinadas las tres listas que estarán presentes en las votaciones del 1 de junio. Las mismas serán Luis Spahn, Rubén Decoud (Glorioso 89) y Rodrigo Villarreal (Triunfo Tatengue).

“Estamos convencidos que se debe mejorar el sistema de gestión, por eso entendíamos que era necesario realizar una convocatoria amplia y generosa para conformar una lista de unidad. Sin embargo, no pudimos consolidar una idea de hacer algo grande”, manifestó Marcelo Martin.

“Nos llena de orgullo que Unión juegue dos copas aunque esa es la foto, la película es completa y tiene que ver con una realidad económica del país muy difícil. Vamos a intentar que se puedan cambiar cosas ya que en poco tiempo vamos a tener dificultades serias, hay que tener un cuidado muy especial”, finalizó el dirigente.
