“En el día de hoy se cierra el centro por no estar garantizada la seguridad para desarrollar las tareas”. Así de escueto y duro es el el mensaje que cuelga de la puerta del centro de salud del Barrio Abasto, donde este viernes se vivieron momentos de tensión.
Cerca de las 11 de este viernes, quienes trabajan en el lugar decidieron cerrar las puertas y cancelar los turnos que habían dado para la tarde por una balacera entre dos familias que se dio en las calles del barrio, pero donde incluso un hombre entró armado al edificio.
Las familias tendrían problemas desde hace mucho tiempo, pero los disparos sorprendieron a todos. A metros del dispensario, además, hay un jardín de infantes, por lo que podría haber sido una tragedia la producida por las corridas y los balazos.
La policía pudo detener a tres personas y secuestrar tres armas, mientras que los bomberos extinguieron el incendio que habían producido en una casa.
Luego de lo sucedido, los directivos del centro de salud eligieron cerrarlo para garantizar la seguridad de los trabajadores y de los pacientes. Avisaron, además, que los turnos se reprogramarán para la próxima semana.
El caso del tiroteo se suma a los que se vienen dando en Sauce Viejo. Una modalidad peligrosa donde dos bandas se cruzan en la calle, a plena luz del día, a zanjar sus diferencias de la peor forma.
